I live in a 100 year old house with aging plaster walls and ceilings. With roof leaks and neglect over the years there were many cracks, water stains and gaps in the ceilings and walls of a bedroom, hallway and two baths. Needless to say, I was needing a makeover. After 1 call, H & P was quick to respond to my request for a walk through and consult. They came by and spent close to an hour looking things over and giving me honest feedback and options to consider. Within 24 hours, I was texted an itemized estimate with a projected completion date. He said the projects could be separated and done over time or completed all at once. I chose the later. The job was finished a few days ahead of schedule and on budget. We did a final walk through and everything was done as expected as well as having the house in order and swept clean.
